Healing alongside other people

Two 16-week groups begin in December 2026, both held in person at my Suffern, NY office and limited to 8 members each.

Group work is not a substitute for individual therapy. It is designed to sit alongside it, offering support, resourcing, and a place to practice being present with other people who understand something of what you are carrying.

Getting Started

Getting Started

Both groups begin with a conversation. Call 845-202-9774 or reach out through my contact page to ask questions and schedule a screening interview.

Neither group provides crisis or emergency coverage. If you are in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.

Curious if this feels like the right fit?

I invite you to start with a consultation. There is no pressure, just a conversation to see whether working together makes sense.
